Summary[]
After Rion-Uzuki wrap up their backstory, Akira realizes that both X and Rion were set up by Asaki. Rion-Uzuki consoles a saddened Akira, telling her she could still quit the assassin's world and live the normal life that Rion and Uzuki were unable to. However, Akira refuses to neglect the two, which earns her a head pat from Rion-Uzuki, who inwardly grumbles that kind people were troublesome as well as hoping for her friends to make their move.
At Granny Miya's clinic, Shin, Heisuke, and Lu are discussing on their possible position if Sakamoto manages to turn his business into a franchise store. Their daydreaming is interrupted by Wutang, who reminds them they still need to face Order first. Shin acknowledges the difference in level, then asks Sakamoto to teach them advanced techniques of fighting. Sakamoto mentally agrees on his point, but having trouble imparting his wisdom due to Shin and Heisuke possessing their own style. He wishes he had a master that can train them intensively.
Meanwhile, at an undisclosed JAA hospital, four of its operatives are guarding Kindaka's room. One of them questions their boss about the identity of the patient. The boss says Nagumo had been financing the patient's bills, and if they watch over him, the traitor is bound to eventually shows up. The subordinate reveals himself as Nagumo in disguise before murdering the other three in the room. He laments the fact this is his last visit, since he no longer has the Order privilege after being kicked out of JAA. With Nagumo accepting that Rion is already dead, he sees no point in keeping Kindaka alive and bids his adieu to his former ally. Suddenly, Kindaka awakes and grabs his hand, then asks about the current situation.
