Granny Miya is a laid-back woman. She usually doesn't treat ex-assassins but Sakamoto says she is the only doctor he can trust.

Granny Miya is a healer who is known for healing any battle wound as long as the patient is not dead.

Trivia[]
- In Chapter 104, the chapter was supposed to begin with Granny Miya reacting to a photo of Satoda-sensei fell down. It was scrapped because of the lack of space available.[1]
- The scrapped first page was meant to showcase the closeness of the two, with Granny Miya used to work as the nurse at the JCC and being friends with Satoda-sensei.
