Urutoryi
Urutoryi (ubwinshi: Intoryi ; izina ry’ubumenyi mu kilatini Solanum melongena) ni ikimera n’ikiribwa.
Umumaro w'Urutoryi
[hindura | hindura inkomoko]Intoryi ni zimwe mu mboga zitabyibushya kuko zigiramo ibyitwa “calories” bikeya, ahubwo zikagira “fibres” ari zo zituma uziriye yumva yijuse kandi vuba. Intoryi kandi zigiramo ibyitwa “saponine”, bibuza ibinure kwinjira mu mubiri, bigatuma ugumana ibiro byawe bisanzwe.Intoryi zigiramo vitamine C na E, selenium cyangwa se “caroténoïdes”, ibyo bigatuma intoryi zigira uruhare mu kurwanya za kanseri zimwe na zimwe ndetse n’indwara z’umutima.Kuko intoryi zifitemo “antioxydants”nyinshi, ni imboga nziza zafasha umuntu kwirinda ibibazo by’ubuzima bijyana n’izabukuru.[1]Intoryi kimwe n’ibibiringanya, dore ko biri mu rwego rumwe mu kamaro ni kimwe mu byo kurya twita imboga kititabwaho cyane nyamara gifite intungamubiri nyinshi.Intoryi zifitiye umubiri w’umuntu akamaro kanini karimo kuba zifasha mu igogora ry’ibiryo, zikagabanya ibinure mu mubiri w’umuntu, zikarinda umuvuduko w’amaraso, zifitemo kandi fibre ari two dutsi mu kinyarwanda, calcium cyangwa imyunyungugu, ubutare ndetse na vitamine B1,3,6 n'9.[2]Nkuko tubikesha urubuga Amelioretasante, impuguke mu bijyanye n’ubuzima kandi zivuga ko intoryi ari nziza ku barwayi ba diabete ngo kuko zitifitemo isukari, bityo bakaba bashobora kuzirya nta mpungenge.Zishobora no kwifashishwa mu kugabanya umubyibuho ukabije no kubyimbagana mu gihe wahuye n’ikibazo runaka kuko ngo ziri mu bikamura amazi mu mubiri w’umuntu, noneho wa mubyibuho na wo ukagenda ugabanuka.

Kuzihata ugiye kuziteka rero ntibyemewe. Icyakora ushobora kuzitonora zimaze gushya.[3]Intoryi zifite uturemangingo (Fibers) dufasha udukoko tuba mu mara manini tuzwi ku izina rya “bateria” tukaba twakongera imikorere yatwo mu gufasha icagagurika ry’ibyo tuba twariye bityo bikavanwamo intungamubiri zose uko zakabaye zigakoreshwa n’umubiri wacu.
