Skarf is a Nighlok sent by Serrator to cause misery with his long arms by eating people’s possessions. He serves as the main antagonist of the episode "Kevin's Choice".
History[]
Skarf is found by Octoroo and Master Xandred eating the ship and is sent by Serrator to cause misery by eating humans’ possessions.
Kevin finds Skarf feasting on different items in the park and accidentally winds up eating Kevin's Samuraizer while attempting to eat a cyclist. The other Power Rangers show up and start fighting Skarf who retreats after taking a hit from Jayden's sword attack.
Skarf later returns and starts eating the City Center. The Rangers fight Skarf again. Mike uses his Samuraizer to find Kevin's Samuraizer in his right arm. Just then, Deker arrives to fight Jayden while the other Rangers fight Dayu and Skarf starts eating some nearby objects. Dayu and Deker then attack Skarf and destroy him which unleashes Skarf's true power. As his true power is being unleashed, Jayden saves Kevin's Samuraizer by cutting off Skarf's right arm.
Skarf then turns into a Mega-Monster where his arms are converted into two halves of a nearly impenetrable tiki-faced wall. The eyes on the Tiki Face shoot lasers. With Kevin getting his Samuraizer back, the Rangers summon the Claw Armor Megazord where its attacks have no effect getting through Skarf's shield. Under Kevin's advice, the Rangers call all the Zords to them in order to combine all the Zords into the Samurai Gigazord which uses the Ultimate Samurai Slash to penetrate Skarf's shield. The Samurai Gigazord then uses its Mega Strike attack to destroy Skarf.

He is very gluttonous when it comes to eating, but is also truly loyal to Serrator and his mission.

- Gap Teleportation: Skarf can teleport to any location using gaps.
- Mega Monster Transformation: Skarf can turn into his giant Mega Monster form when destroyed.

- Strength: Skarf is quite strong as he held his place in battle against the Samurai Rangers.

Arsenal[]
- Arms: Skarf's arsenal consists of arms that he can use in combat to attack people or eat objects.
- Stretchable Arms: He can elongate his arms at incredible lengths.
- Tiki Arm Shields: After being destroyed by Dayu and Deker, his true power is unleashed. Now his arms are both halves of an impenetrable Tiki face shield. It was destroyed by the Samurai Gigazord.
- Tiki Eye Lasers: Skarf can fire magenta lasers from the eyes on his tiki-like arm shields.
