Madimot was one of the Nighloks. He stated that he is "the baddest of the bad". He used a shield and whip in battle. His ability was to shoot energy blasts that could put people and Zords under his control and make them do his bidding.
In the ninth episode, Madimot arrived at Master Xandred's Junk and volunteered to fight the Samurai Rangers. He refused Deker's help and went to battle the Power Rangers alone. He also showed Dayu and Octoroo that he possessed the lost TigerZord.
Madimot arrived at the human world in the forest and encountered the Rangers. He used his ability and fired energy at Mike, but Kevin jumped in the way and fell under the Nighlok's control. When Kevin attacked Jayden, the team retreated.
Then Madimot and Kevin attacked the construction site and again encountered the Rangers. Jayden dueled Kevin, while the other Rangers and Deker watched. Jayden used an attack that freed his friend from the Nighlok's power. Madimot then summoned the TigerZord and ordered him to attack the Rangers. Jayden used his Lion FoldingZord to battle the TigerZord and succeeded in freeing the corrupted Zord. Madimot then battled the other Rangers and was defeated and destroyed by the heroes.
Madimont later attended a Halloween party at the Nighlok Heaven where he recounted his battles with the Samurai Rangers. TV STORY-Party Monsters He is the first to reveal his story and later calls out the other Nighloks when they get scared of a Mooger in a cardboard box (the Mooger's costume being the Samurai Megazord), leading to the Nighloks deciding to recap their defeats when they previously recapped their accomplishments.

Madimot was an arrogant, confident, and boastful Nighlok. He considered himself the best and thought he could easily defeat the Rangers. But he is also very funny and has a sense of humor.

Face Mind Control Ray: Madimot is able to fire a purple spell at someone from his face to cause them to fall under his control, allowing him to make them do whatever he tells them to. His ability works even on Power Rangers and Zords.
Enlarging: He can enlarge himself into a Mega Monster when he is defeated.

TigerZord Summoning: Madimot was able to summon the brainwashed TigerZord at will.
Extraordinary Jumper: Madimot is able to jump at incredible heights.
Skilled Fighter: Madimot was shown to be a capable fighter who was able to stand against the Rangers.
Sensing: Madimot was able to sense that the Rangers were coming.

Sanzu River Reliance: Like other Nighloks, Madimot must recharge at the Sanzu River to prevent the risk of drying out.

Shield: Madimot is armed with a shield in battle, which he can use to block attacks or to attack.
Energy Blast: Madimot is able to fire yellow energy blasts from the black core on his shield.
Energy Ball: Madimot is also able to fire yellow or orange energy balls from the core on his shield.
Madimot is most likely boasting about being the baddest of the bad. First, if that were to be true, that would mean he would be much more powerful than expected, as Arachnitor in his mutated form was similar to being the baddest of the bad. Master Xandred and Serrator also completely outclass him in power and evil.
Unlike the other Nighloks, he seems to call everything up with a name that doesn't sound offensive. He calls the TigerZord as Tiggy, Kevin as Blue, and Jayden as Red. This is quite odd for his boast, as Rofer calls Mike a "broccoli colored bum".
