- "Shouldn’t you be with the rest? (…) How asinine! Trust is nothing more than an appetizer for treachery! I will deliver you all into a crucible of chaos, and laugh at the results! You insects… Are nothing more but fodder for my entertainment!"
- ―Kamejim’s diatribe towards Jeramie Brasieri during the final battle of Chikyu.[src]
Prime Minister Kamejim Unka (宰相カメジム・ウンカ Saishō Kamejimu Unka), also known as Kamejim the Facade (虚飾のカメジム Kyoshoku no Kamejimu) is the secondary antagonist of Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger. He was the Stink Bug-themed member of the Uchu Five Jesters who served as the prime minister of the Earth Empire Bug Naraku, serving under Desnaraku VIII. He had also assumed numerous identities, including his victim Boshimar (ボシマール Boshimāru) until it was revealed he was the true mastermind behind the human/Bug Naraku conflict.
History
Kamejim was a member of the Uchu. Under the orders of Dagded Dujardin, he and Glodi Leucodium were sent to Chikyu over 2,000 years ago to oversee and enforce the war between humans and the Bug Naraku. Fifteen years prior to the events of the series, the two were tasked to assassinate Causus Husty for defying their master, with Glodi causing the Wrath of God incident to cover up the deed while destabilizing the other kingdoms. During that time, Kamejim kills Boshimar to leave no witnesses of their presence and assumed his identity on Dagded's orders to keep an eye on the newly crowned Rcles Husty. Kamejim then wormed his way into the Bug Naraku and attained the position of prime minister.
Under Desnaraku VIII
Kamejim, as himself and in his Boshimar disguise, manipulates events while taking strides in making sure no one aware of the Wrath of God incident is silenced if they knew the full truth. But while attempting to take Caucasuskabuto Castle in secret as Boshimar, Kamejim ends up exposing himself when forced to aid Rcles during his duel with Gira. He was unnerved when he learns of Desnaraku's plan to destroy the planet, fleeing for his life before he later returns to inflict a moral injury on Desnaraku while admitting his role in causing the human / Bug Naraku conflict. After vaporizing Desnaraku, Kamejim is defeated by the Ohsama Sentai while declaring humanity the winner of the conflict.
Under Dagded Dujardin
Rejoining the Uchu when they arrived on Chikyu, he manages to divert Dagded's attention by pointing him to Gira before he later engaged in battle with Rita Kaniska when the other rulers arrives. Kamejim was wrapped in webbing and restrained as punishment for failing in his mission to maintain the human/Bug Naraku war, forced to watch watch Goma Rosalia's plan of swapping the Kings' souls. Final Battle and Imprisonment
During the Final battle against Chikyu inhabitants, Kamejim, being the last active member of the Uchu Five Jesters, was ordered by Dagded in manipulate the people of Chikyu into obeying their rulers' orders to escape the planet on a sabotaged Caucasuskabuto Castle to kill them out. Disguising himself as Goroge, he almost succeeded in swaying the citizens after the rulers' aides and Rcules refused to abandon their leaders, only for the real Goroge to appear and expose Kamejim's disguise due to how less noisy Kamejim was. Kamejim decides to take the King's Proofs and battles Rcules, who wishes to avenge his father, and his trusted aide. But thanks to Devonica who temporarily summoned the dead from Hakabaka, Kamejim was forced to fight Desnaraku VIII.
During the final battle that follows, Kamejim faces Jeramie before he leaves their fight so that the Jester can be punished by Rcles and Desnaraku, the former weakening Kamejim with a continuous barrage of attacks before Desnaraku finishes him off with his own manifested Ryouga Issen. A barely living Kamejim is then dragged off by Desnaraku to Hakabaka before the gate fully closed, with Kamejim reunited with his accomplice Glodi. Kamejim has a complete mental meltdown as the spirits of Hakabaka's dead proceed to torment him for eternity. TV STORY-Final Ep.: We Will Rule the World
Personality
Despite his often flamboyant and over the top demeaner, Kamejim is a highly manipulative and cruel individual who instigated the conflict between humans and Bug Naraku as part of the Uchu's plan to "tidy up" the universe. Kamejim is highly skilled at deceiving people, not only fooling everyone into believing he was the real Boshimar, but was also merely pretending to be Desnaraku VIII's ally. When the combined efforts of Jeramie Brasieri and Gira Husty force Desnaraku VIII to see the error of his ways, Kamejim heartlessly murders Desnaraku VIII and claims that the very idea of a peaceful resolution makes him sick. Despite his cruelty, Kamejim was legitimately caught off guard when Desnaraku VIII revealed his plan to destroy the planet and was likely against the idea since he would be killed off as well. During the final battle, he admits to Jeramie that he thoroughly enjoyed sowing the seeds of chaos over the years with zero remorse.
