Howard is Trini Kwan's uncle, a brilliant scientist and world famous martial arts expert. He is responsible for creating the invisibility formula.
History[]
On his visit to Angel Grove, Howard visits his family and meets friends of his niece Trini. At one point, he helps Billy teach martial arts. Due to his new invention, invisibility formula, he is kidnapped by Rita Repulsa's lackeys.
