Chozetsushin Deboth (蝶絶神ちょうぜつしんデーボス Chōzetsushin Dēbosu) originally known as Prehistoric God Dark Species Deboth (先史時代神暗黒種デーボス Senshi-jidaijin Ankoku-shu Dēbosu) was the true leader of the Deboth Army and the true main antagonist of Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger. Deboth’s ultimate goal was to gather all knowledge in the universe to basically become a god and destroy all planets to prevent people ascending to his level.
History
Past
Prehistoric God Dark Species Deboth was originally created by Creator Devius for the purpose of becoming the ultimate life-form. Travelling the cosmos to destroy various life forms, Deboth created Hundred-Faced High Priest Chaos and Wise God Torin as his heralds, with the latter sent to Earth during the Mesozoic Era. However, Torin betrayed Deboth and assembled the Zyudenryu to face him when he comes to Earth personally. During the fight, Deboth destroyed all 13 Guardians Zyudenryu and created Great Land Devil Gadoma to aid him before both are mortally wounded by an enraged Bragigas who used the forbidden weapon Gigant Cannon. With his heart damaged, with some of his cells scattered across the planet, Deboth's body entered a dormant, plant-like state before Torin sealed it away in the Antarctic seabed where it came to be known as the Frozen Castle.
Kyoryuger
When the Deboth Army awaken in 2013, their sole goal became to revive him to fulfill his goals but their initial attempt with Debo Hyogakki failed. 
TV STORY-Brave 1: He's Here! The Bright Red King
Eventually, Deboth was finally reawakened when Chaos has Debo Viruson revived and flood a dam filled with Restoration Water even though Deboth did not have enough Joy, Anger and Sorrow emotion energy to fully thaw out his heart. Due to his unfrozen heart however, Deboth only emerged in his Prehistoric Form (先史時代のフォーム Senshi-jidai no Fōmu) which caused the extinction of the dinosaurs and he lacked a mind so it completely feral. Even so, he had the upper hand against the Kyoryugers until Daigo's Brave powering up, as well as Kyoryuzin Kung-Fu scared Chaos that his master may be defeated. As such Prehistoric God Dark Species Deboth was shrunken down to human size by Luckyulo by the command of Chaos after Deboth went after Dogold, Canderrilla, Luckyulo and Aigaron when one of the Knights antagonized Deboth. Dark Species Deboth was resized back to a giant again to finish the job of destroying Plezuon thanks to the Knights wreaking only Plezuon Lab. He was soon faced by the determined Kyoryugers as well as the only Zyudenryu still fit for battle (Gabutyra, Plezuon, and Bunpachy) after his previous attack. However, the Kyoryugers soon formed Bakuretsu Kyoryuzin and the Dark Species soon found himself on the ropes when his cells started taking mortal damage by the Deboth Cell Destruction Program that was installed in Plezuon. Chaos tried to make him retreat but failed due to the mindless Deboth and he was lifted into the air and destroyed by Bakuretsu Kyoryuzin's Zyuden Cannon Bakuretsu Brave Finish. Luckyulo (who believed herself and Canderrilla to be the only surviving members of Deboth's army after Aigaron blew up) found his way back into the Frozen Castle despite it supposedly having been destroyed. This was revealed to be because that Deboth has survived by transferring his heart into Chaos before he was destroyed, allowing the Castle to be restored. TV STORY-Brave 25: What's This! Deboth's Mask
After learning joy, anger and sorrow, Deboth was able to re-assume his prehistoric form using the gathered energy (now with a mind) only to be destroyed by Bragi-Oh's Super Zyuden Giga Brave Finish. However, he escaped his death by birthing an egg fragment containing his mind from which he emerged into his final form and began a countdown, giving Kyoryugers 50 hours until he destroys the Earth. Eventually, Deboth began his end-game plan; he used the dark energy across the land to resurrect all deceased members of the Deboth Army and used them to conquer Earth and make humanity suffer. Whilst the other Kyoryugers fought the Deboth generals, Nobu killing Killborero and Dogold working with Uchi to kill Endolf at the cost of the former's life, Daigo and Amy Yuuzuki entered the Frozen Palace for the final battle. Whilst Deboth fought Amy and Daigo, Chaos guarded the entrance to Deboth Hell only to be confronted by the Spirit Kyoryugers. Deboth revealed that his actions are the will of his creator who wanted him to become the ultimate life-form. He easily overwhelmed Daigo until the Kyoryugers singing the song of the Earth disrupted his powers and allowed Kyoryu Red Carnival to defeat him. Below, the Spirit Kyoryugers killed Chaos with the help of Canderrilla which destroyed the entrance to Deboth Hell and caused the army of Zorima to vanish. Horrified by his failure, Deboth revealed that destroying him and the Frozen Castle would result in Daigo's death as well but Daigo telled Deboth that he anticipated this which is why he let Amy escape. Deboth was finally killed by Daigo using the Super Charged Ten Zyuden Brave Final Finish which finally destroyed the remains of the Frozen Palace, permanently putting an end to the Deboth Army. All Deboth could do was cursing that he would never have been destroyed by learning more of the human race before exploding. TV STORY-Brave Final: Great Explosion! Goodbye, Kyoryuger
Legacy
Despite seeming to be destroyed with the Frozen Palace, Daigo was rescued in time by the Zyudenryu and commented to the others that they needed to be ready to face more threats in the future.
ToQger vs. Kyoryuger
As predicted by Deboth, the Kyoryugers and ToQgers later had to fight and defeat Creator Devius when he came to Earth to succeed where his creation failed a year later. TV STORY-Ressha Sentai ToQger vs. Kyoryuger: The Movie
100 YEARS AFTER
One hundred years after Deboth's death, it was revealed that he inadvertently created a special being amongst the revived Deboth Army who was formed from the anger over his defeat. It was later revealed to be the submissive Remorseful Knight Arslevan who betrayed his "superiors" to gain the ability to time travel and save Deboth from his destruction to easily conquer Earth. However, the Future Kyoryugers and present Kyoryugers defeated him, truly permanently putting an end to the Deboth Army once and for all. TV STORY-Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger Returns: 100 YEARS AFTER

Taken from the memory of Gokai Red, a recreation of Chozetsushin Deboth was brought forth by Bangray among a collection of the most nefarious adversaries faced by the Super Sentai. Like all of Bangaray's creations however, Deboth lacked his original personality and was mute as well as being much weaker than his real self. Overwhelming Gokai Red and Zyuoh Eagle initially, Bangray's forces were no matched when the Gokaigers and Zyuohgers join their respective Red warriors. Engaging the remaining five Zyuohgers alongside "Brajira of the Messiah", "Deboth" was defeated by their combined Zyuoh Slash. TV STORY-Ep. 29: The Monarch of the Monarchs

Deboth was recreated by Uchu King Dagded Dujardin as Kabutobushin Deboth, and set about gathering Brave to revive himself.

Deboth's form that he originally used to wipe out the dinosaurs and later re-assumed in modern times. In a later scheme, clones of Deboth in his Prehistoric Form created by Debo Yanasanta to rampage in various parts of the world, getting the Kyoryugers to separate to fight all of them.

Powers
- Strength: In his Prehistoric form, Deboth possess raw strength that allowed him to overpowered the multiple forms of Kyoryuzin and easily kill Debo Viruson with one swipe of his pincer claw.
- Durability: Even Kyoryuzin Kung Fu's wrecking ball attack just bounced right off of Dark Species Deboth and its clones withstood multiple stronger attacks from other Zyudenryu Mecha.
- Lightning Vision: Dark Species Deboth could fire devastating streams of yellow lightning from his eyes.
- Horobile Burst (ホロビレバースト Horobire Bāsuto): Dark Species Deboth's strongest attack. in this form, Deboth charged green and turquoise energy within his mouth and fired a powerful energy beam.
Abilities
- Hand to Hand Combat: Despite being initially mindless, Dark Species Deboth was able to completely overwhelm the various forms of Kyoryuzin singlehandedly.
Weaknesses
- Bravery: Due to not being completely thawed with the requisite amount of human emotions, Dark Species Deboth became increasingly anxious at the sight of Daigo's increased Brave energy that empowered Kyoryuzin Kung-Fu.

- HoShock Jaws (捕ショックジョーズ Hoshokku Jōzu): Dark Species Deboth had large pincer-based claws for combat.
- Lightning: Prehistoric Deboth could fire yellow lightning from the HoShock Jaws.
- Shock Tentacles (ショック触手 Shokku Shokushu): Dark Species Deboth had a group of tentacle-like appendages for their hairs which they could launch to entangle their enemies.
- Electrocution: Dark Species Deboth could charge up their tentacles with green lightning to release lightning waves of the same color to shock their enemies.

- Strength: Deboth Chaos deflected Ian's Deinosgrander finishing attack with one hand and sent Daigo flying with a single slap.
- Durability: Deboth Chaos' body was dermal enough to withstand the Kyoryugers' attacks without a scratch.
- Fireball Generation: Deboth Chaos could fire small green fireballs from his right hand strong enough to counter shots from the Giga GaburiRevolver.
- Horobile Burst Bullet (ホロビレバースト弾 Horobire Bāsuto Dan): Deboth Chaos could charge green energy into his left hand to fire a barrage of incredible powerful fireballs.
- Enlargement: Deboth Chaos could enlarge himself without the need for Restoration Water by flashing his eyes yellow.
- Deboth Destruction (デーボスデストラクション Dēbosu Desutorakushon): Deboth Chaos' strongest attack where he could open the FlexiBible, generating a Deboth Army symbol under his enemies and causing it to explode with devastating force.
- Fireball Rain: Deboth Chaos could fire a large green energy cloud from his hand into the air, opening a black portal in the sky to rain down flaming meteors. They would then fall down onto his enemies and explode, being powerful enough to take down all six Kyoryugers with a single use.
- Energy Whip: Deboth Chaos could fire a green energy whip from his hand and throw it around his opponents to tie them up and leave them open to further attacks.
- Mouth Laser: Deboth Chaos could fire a massive green laser from his mouth that is powerful enough to blast Gigant Kyoryuzin a good few miles away from him.

- Melody of Darkness (闇のメロディー Yami no Merodī): Thanks to him learning about the "melody" within the hearts of humans, Chozetsushin Deboth had an internal song in this form that made him far stronger.
- Immense Speed: Chozetsushin Deboth can move at a level of speed faster than a blink of an eye.
- Immense Strength: Chozetsushin Deboth became one of the strongest enemies in Super Sentai history, being able to stop Gigant Bragi-Oh's Bragio Axe while in his human size, and can easily fling several Kyoryugers with a single strike.
- Energy Shockwaves: Chozetsushin Deboth could unleash devastating green energy shockwaves from his body strong enough to send Daigo flying.
- Hyper Proliferation (超増殖 Chō Zōshoku): A technique Chozetsushin Deboth can use to manipulate his cells to increase his size to a colossal height in conjecture to his Debostall (デーボストール Dēbosutōru) golden throne.
- Melody Cancellation: Chozetsushin Deboth could use his own Melody to strip the Kyoryugers' ability to transform.
- Laser Beams: Chozetsushin Deboth could generate and fire green lasers from his hand.

- Chozetsu Hammer (蝶絶の鉄槌 Chōzetsu no Tettsui): By flicking the metal "D" on his Debocane, Chozetsushin Deboth charges energy and converts it into an energy manifestation of butterfly wings before swinging the Debocane to hurl the energy wings at the target that detonates upon contact.
- Enhanced Laser: Chozetsushin Deboth charges and fires an enhanced green beam from his Debocane that's powerful enough to cancel both the Kyoryugers' Armed On and transformation.

Portrayal
- Chozetsushin Deboth was voiced by Toru Okawa, best known for his role as Roy Mustang in the first anime adaptation of Fullmetal Alchemist.
- The "Chozetsushin Deboth" created by Bangray was played by suit actor Yuya Nawata (縄田 雄哉 Nawata Yūya).
Design
- Deboth and the Frozen Castle were designed by character designer K-SuKe who worked on the majority of the Deboth Army for Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger.
- His prehistoric form evokes the traits of a dinosaur, some plants, and a caterpillar.
- His form as the Frozen Castle resembled a mandrake.
