Rakuda is a resident of the Flower Capital in Wano Country. He once possessed the blueprints of Kaidou's fortress on Onigashima.[1]
Appearance[]
Rakuda is a large and muscular man with long and bushy brown hair gathered into a topknot. He wears a yellow kimono with a dark-grey flame-shaped designs on the bottom and has a light-blue, cloud-like tattoo on his upper right arms. He has two scars, one on the right side of his head and the other on his right forearm.[1]

Rakuda appears to be a blunt man who got angry when recalling how the blueprints of Kaidou's fortress were stolen from him. However, he appears to be a greedy thief himself, as he took the blueprints from Tokijiro after realizing their value.[1]

Past[]
At some point in the past, Rakuda saw that Tokijiro had the blueprints of Kaidou's fortress on Onigashima. Realizing they could sell for a lot of money, he took the blueprints. However, the blueprints were later robbed from him by a masked man who claimed to be from Kuri.[1]
Wano Country Arc[]
Franky came to visit Rakuda to look for the blueprints, and Rakuda told him about the blueprints being robbed from him.[1] Rakuda celebrated during the Fire Festival alongside Kumagoro, Kobe, Kisegawa, and Tokijiro, fantasizing with them about the Kouzuki Family defeating Orochi and Kaidou.[2]
