The unnamed witch is a minor antagonist in the Nickolodeon animated series Mysticons. She is the one who created the mask and also created the Spectral Dragon and used it to launch a war against the dragons of light and wipe out the majority of them.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- She discovered the Spectral Hand banished beneath the realm, and when the Spectral Hand showed her how to create a powerful mask, she gleefully did so.
- She created the Spectral Dragon under orders of the spectral hand.
- She used the Spectral Dragon to launch a war against the dragons of light and wiped out the majority of them.
- When the mask ordered her to free the Spectral Hand, she refused for no reason, which caused her demise. showing that she is both dishonorable and not truly loyal to the spectral hand.
- Even when she was influenced by the mask, she had moral agency as she later was able to go against the mask by refusing to free the Spectral Hand.
- Since she created the mask, it makes her indirectly responsible for the villainous actions of other villains like Necrafa, Dreadbane, Proxima and the Vexicons,
What Prevents Her from Being Pure Evil?[]
- Due to only appearing in a flashback and having no lines of dialoge, she doesn't have enough characterization to be pure evil. However, considering she was described as "a fowl witch", and that she had enough moral agency to refuse the mask to free the Spectral Hand, she avoids being a generic doomsday villain.
