Yamato Man

For his video game counterpart, see Vic.

Tsuyuharu Nyūdō (入道露晴 Nyūdō Tsuyuharu) is an antagonist in Rockman.EXE Beast+. An incompetent weather reporter for DNN, Tsuyuharu is the operator of ElementMan and then main antagonist of the episode "Mini Mini Typhoon".

Overview[]

Unlike his video game counterpart, this version of Tsuyuharu is not a member of the WWW and is not associated with the organization.

History[]

Tsuyuharu appears on live television enthusiastically reporting that a "No. 3-ish typhoon" was apparently forming at Akihara Cape and prepares to witness it, only for the "typhoon" to turn out to be a small storm that quickly clears up with the sun shining, much to his surprise. Back at DNN, Tsuyuharu is berated for his constant inaccurate forecasts as he makes excuses and is fired.

Outside DNN, Tsuyuharu fumes and tells them not come crawling back, reassuring himself that his and ElementMan's forecasts are the best just as Netto Hikari and his class walk by on their way to Marineland, making fun of Tsuyuharu's inaccurate forecast. Crestfallen, he swears revenge and runs into BubbleMan, who is trying to sell Miniroids. BubbleMan informs him that NetNavis can use their abilities in the real world just as they do in the network in a Miniroid, and Tsuyuharu takes one to Marineland to get revenge after promising to pay BubbleMan back in installments. He and ElementMan attempt to ruin Netto's class trip by trying to use ElementMan's abilities to change the weather, but due to the Miniroid's size making ElementMan's attacks small, it only makes the trip more enjoyable by making waves in the water and giving them a cool breeze when they were too hot.

In frustration, Tsuyuharu dashes back and demands BubbleMan take back the Miniroid before returning to Marineland and plugging ElementMan into the park's network, causing the water to create a large wave. Netto plugs Rockman in and defeats ElementMan and Tsuyuharu is found back the park's security, but he makes an impressive escape by jumping off the top of the building he was on, bouncing off of a palm tree and another tree before reaching the ground and running, much to the security guard's amazement. Tsuyuharu trips and lands on his face in front of BubbleMan as he runs from the authorities. Mini Mini Typhoon
