JudgeMan.EXE (ジャッジマン JajjiMan) is an antagonist in Rockman EXE Beast+. He is the NetNavi of Satoru Roppo. JudgeMan only appeared in the episode "The Keeper of Law".

Overview[]

Unlike his video game counterpart, JudgeMan and his operator Satoru Roppo doesn't have any association with World Three.

History[]

JudgeMan makes a one-time appearance in the Rockman EXE Beast+ episode "The Keeper of Law". He first appeared in the scene where he caught a theif Navi by using Judgement Press against him.

In the middle of the same episode, Satoru Rippo orders his Navi JudgeMan to trivially imprisons NetNavis over small mistakes. Later on, at the MaHa Ichiban, JudgeMan arrest GutsMan. At the near end of the episode, Rockman encounters and defeats JudgeMan with the help of Blues.

JudgeMan spawns a giant book to trap his opponents into it.
JudgeMan uses Arrest Book Arrest Book (アレストブック Aresto Bukku)
JudgeMan spawns a large monstrous living book.
JudgeMan uses Bind Chain Bind Chain (バインドチェーン Baindo Chēn)
JudgeMan uses a whip to electrocute his opponent.
JudgeMan uses Strange Shield Strange Shield (ストレンジシールド Sutorenji Shīrudo)
JudgeMan spawn and uses an opened book as a shield. Later, he would use it to spawn element-based attack against his opponent.
