CircusMan (サーカスマン, Sākasuman) is the NetNavi of Chirol. He appeared in Rockman EXE Beast and Beast+ as an antagonist.

CircusMan and his operator Chirol doesn't any association with World Three unlike his video game counterpart. He is partnered with DiveMan.

CircusMan made his first appearance in the episode "The Secret of the Lake, De A~ru" along with his operator Chirol, Captain Kurohige and DiveMan.
