The Hole-Digging Rascals Have Come! (穴堀り野郎がやってきた! Anahoriyarō ga Yattekita!) is the 13th episode of Rockman.EXE Beast+. It features the return of Dotarou Horisugi and Mr. Press and their NetNavis GroundMan.EXE and DustMan.EXE, who had been absent since episode 18 of Rockman.EXE Beast, 19 episodes prior.

- In Beast, it is shown that Beyondard dialect differs from the dialect in the world the main story takes place in (thus requiring translation chips or a language program to interact). However, Dotarou, Press and their Navis aren't hindered by any language barrier.
- Blues is recognized by both GroundMan and DustMan, despite never being shown interacting with him up until now, implying Blues may have met them at some point off-screen during the episode The Steel Rock.
