Kurohige Castle

Kurohige Castle is a location in Rockman.EXE Beast, first appearing in episode 19. It is the base of Captain Kurojihe and Chirol, who use the base to control a dam full of water and keep it away from others without a hefty tribute, only disturbing a small amount per tribute. Anyone who defies them are imprisoned.
