The Terror in New Orleans was a catastrophic series of events occurring in New Orleans due to the sudden release of Darkforce and Lightforce because of the drilling activities of Roxxon Corporation. This caused many inhabitants of New Orleans to be turned into uncontrollable and raging Terrors, until Cloak and Dagger, embodying a new incarnation of the Divine Pairing, managed to seal the flow of energy and brought back peace in the city.
