Ron is a HYDRA operative who worked as one of Nathaniel Malick's subordinates in an alternate timeline.

Ron joined HYDRA in an attempt to get a source of income to look after his family and soon became a follower of Nathaniel Malick, who he assisted in the capture of Daisy Johnson and Daniel Sousa. Once their prisoners were imprisoned in a barn, Ron listened as Malick detailed his intent to harvest powers from their captives to transfer them into his own body. He and another HYDRA operative were then instructed to carry Johnson into an operation room.

Once Malick was done with Johnson, Ron and his colleague were ordered by Malick to bring her back into the cell and were specifically instructed to do it gently, as Malick could still use her afterwards. Ron and his fellow HYDRA operative thus brought Johnson back next to Sousa. Ron was not present when his associate was later killed by Sousa, who managed to escape with Johnson after Malick was buried in the rubble of the barn he had destroyed.^[1]
