- âMonroe to Dinah Madani[src]
Monroe is the investigator of the Office of the Inspector General assigned to interview Dinah Madani.
Biography[]
Monroe was assigned by the Office of the Inspector General to investigate William Rawlins' illicit activity by interviewing Dinah Madani. Together with Marion James, Monroe visited Madani at Sacred Saints Hospital where she attempted to question her about the recent events, related to Billy Russo. However, Madani remained silent for a while, only saying that she wants to deal with the interview as fast as possible. James asked Monroe to leave them for the off-record talk about the case.
As Monroe returned to Madani's room, she questioned Madani about her intimal with Russo and their confrontations. Madani reluctantly answered her questions and described her actions against Russo and Rawlins which cost Sam Stein's life. Monroe then turned off the recorder and left the hospital.[1]
