In 2026, during the Attack on Rocket, Mantis uses a Med-Pak to heal her arm, which was broken because of Adam Warlock.
Mantis and Star-Lord then use a Med-Pak on the mortally wounded Rocket, but it failed due to a kill-chip implanted into his body by the High Evolutionary.
In the ArĂȘte Laboratories, Ayesha used a Med-Pak to heal Adam Warlock's stomach, which was impaled by Nebula.
After successfully disabling Rocket's kill-switch, Star-Lord and Gamora used a Med-Pak to heal his injuries.[1]
