Louisa Delgado was a colleague of Claire Temple working at Metro-General Hospital. She was killed when the Hand attacked the hospital.

Busy Night[]

One night, the Punisher shot at many Dogs of Hell and Kitchen Irish members, causing a bunch of gangs to be put in the emergency room. With the amount of people, Delgado was overwhelmed. When Foggy Nelson came in asking for the Night Nurse, Claire Temple, Delgado told him that if she was there, she was definitely busy. Nelson asked for the direction, but Delgado told him that if he wasn't hurt, or didn't want to be hurt, then to step aside.^[3]

Castle's Arrest[]

When Frank Castle was arrested, he was brought into Metro-General Hospital for medical needs. Reporters crowded around the hospital and Delgado yelled at a man for having his phone out. She then stopped Matt Murdock, Foggy Nelson, and Karen Page from going to see Castle because she thought they were press. However, she let them through once they explained they were attorneys.^[4]

Murdered[]

A few days later, many tortured children were brought in to be examined. Claire Temple realized that they had no fingerprints.^[5] Later, the alarm sounded. When Delgado and Temple went to investigate, they found Hand ninjas storming the building. Delgado jumped in front of Temple and got impaled by a sword, killing her.^[6]

Legacy[]

Delgado's murder was written off and faked by the hospital. She was marked off as stabbed by a junkie. Temple was also blamed for the murder because she brought the kids into the hospital. Temple grew furious over the decision to hide the murder, so she quit.^[6]

When encountering the Hand once again. Temple decided to join Colleen Wing and Danny Rand in destroying them. Stating it was for Delgado.^[7]
