Inglewood is a city in the state of California.

History[]

Confrontation with Iron Man[]

Tony Stark flew to Inglewood in his Iron Man Armor after his last birthday party, where he got drunk while donning the armor. To treat his hangover, he ordered coffee and a box of donuts at a Randy's Donuts establishment, and proceeded to eat them inside the giant donut on top of the building.

Nick Fury appeared to talk about Stark's current condition, and what Stark needed from S.H.I.E.L.D. even though he did not want it. Stark's new assistant, Natalie Rushman, revealed herself as S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Natasha Romanoff, assigned to Tony Stark after discovering his palladium poisoning.[1]

Stark's erratic behavior made him become a matter that S.H.I.E.L.D. had to deal with, and Romanoff, fulfilling Fury's orders given before entering the establishment[2], injected him with a solution of lithium dioxide to relieve the symptoms of the palladium poisoning and to get Stark back to searching for a suitable substitute for palladium; but no known element or combination of elements was appropriate. Fury then informed Stark that he had not tried all of the elements.[1]

Making a Call[]

The Magistrate's Son calls his father

Magistrate's Son, possessing Alex Wilder, tricked Leslie Dean into coming with him, secretly kidnapping her from the Hostel. With the pregnant Dean craving donuts, "Alex" drove to Randy's Donuts and took the opportunity to call his father from a public phone in order to make a deal: he promised to deliver Dean's baby in exchange for him not having to return to Gibborim.[3] The Son then ordered a box of doughnuts and killed the cashier before returning to the car, with Dean being unaware of what he had done.[4]
