- "This peace treaty, it was a good thing."
"It was a ruse."
"Even if it was, your intervention failed. We don't need your help anymore." - âDro'ge and Captain Marvel[src]
Emperor Dro'ge is a Skrull monarch and the former leader of the Skrull refugee colony on Tarnax IV. After Tarnax IV was destroyed by Dar-Benn during her campaign to restore Hala, Dro'ge and his remaining citizens relocated to New Asgard.
Biography[]
Colony on Tarnax IV[]
Dro'ge established a Skrull colony on Tarnax IV and became its emperor.[1] By 2026, all Skrulls who were not hiding out on Earth resided within Dro'ge's colony.[2]
Peace Treaty with the Kree[]
Negotiations with Dar-Benn[]
One day, Supremor Dar-Benn of the Kree arrived on Tarnax IV with a proposal. Dro'ge looked it over and told her that was not what they agreed upon. He got annoyed, saying how Skrulls were scattered across the galaxy, yet they still came into negotiations in good faith.
Dar-Benn tried to relate to Dro'ge and said that they could rebuild together and the Skrulls would have their place in the Kree Empire and she would help in relocating. She then got dark and told Dro'ge she would hate for the Skrulls to suffocate when she took the air from the planet to restore Hala.[1]
Evacuation of Tarnax IV[]
- "Emperor Dro'ge, you need to evacuate your people now."
"We have nowhere to go." - âCaptain Marvel and Dro'ge[src]
Later, Dro'ge saw Captain Marvel, Monica Rambeau and Ms. Marvel arrive. He walked over as Dar-Benn made her way to the ground, saying how she came hopeful that the Skrulls could make peace with them.
Angry and worried, Dro'ge asked what Danvers had done. Dar-Benn continued, saying that the Skrulls called Danvers and because of that, they would be punished. She then started stripping Tarnax IV of its atmosphere. As the destruction started, Danvers told Dro'ge they need to get out, but Dro'ge told her they had no where to go. With no options, Dro'ge got on the Hoopty with as many Skrulls that could fit.[1]
Help from New Asgard[]
- "I called a friend. She can find a safe place for you. Is that okay?"
"We have no choice." - âCaptain Marvel and Dro'ge[src]
Now hovering in the Hoopty above the noew inhabitable Tarnax IV, Dro'ge looked out to the planet. Defeated, he took off his crown and walked to Captain Marvel. He told her the treaty was a good thing, but Danvers tried to tell him it was a ruse. He replied that if it were, she failed to stop it anyways. Before walking away, he said they did not need her help.
Feeling bad, Danvers caught up to him, saying that she called a friend that would help. She asked if this was okay and Dro'ge simply said they had no other choice. Suddenly, King Valkyrie of New Asgard arrived through the Bifrost Bridge and took Dro'ge and the Skrulls. Dro'ge said thank you to Valkyrie as they were whisked away to find a new home.[1]
