Having been informed of the existence of the Shrike and the danger they posed to the world, S.H.I.E.L.D. learned that there were two of them in Iowa, getting closer to each other. Yo-Yo Rodriguez thus took a group of agents to Des Moines and quickly captured the individual carrying the parasite inside his apartment. She and the captive then took a Quinjet back to the Zephyr One, leaving Des Moines.[1]
