Nefaria was the leader of the Maggia and had relations with Stark Industries for weapons. He had a billion dollar deal with them and secretly sold their products. Iron Man soon found out and went after Nefaria's suppliers. Soon after, Stark Industries cut ties with Nefaria.^[1]
