Aftermath[]
- "We cannot take the chance that Ammit finds a way out. She will kill again."
"Now you sound just like her. You want them dead⊠Do it yourself. Now, release us." - âKhonshu and Moon Knight[src]
Once Ammit was finally trapped inside Arthur Harrow's body, Khonshu ordered Moon Knight to kill them both, as Ammit would always be a threat. However, Spector told Khonshu that he is no better than Ammit and reminded him about their deal that once Ammit is defeated, Khonshu has to let him and Steven Grant go. Khonshu released Spector and Grant from his possession, and as they were briefly transported to the Duat, the illusion of Putnam Psychiatric Hospital crumbled and Spector and Grant woke up in Grant's apartment in London.
However, both Spector and Grant were unaware about their third alter, Jake Lockley, that still remained Khonshu's Avatar. Khonshu ordered Lockley to get Harrow from the Sienkiewicz Psychiatric Hospital and bring him for a talk, in which Khonshu told Harrow that he had no intentions to make Layla El-Faouly his Avatar and revealed Lockley to him. Lockley then assassinated Harrow with a gunshot and drove away from the hospital, putting an end to both him and Ammit.[3]
