In 1998, Nick Fury set up a meeting with the Skrull Varra at the 93rd Diner to gather intelligence on General Dreykov. Fury met Varra there and got the intel before discussing their relationship within their jobs while sitting at a booth drinking coffee. Varra reminded Fury that their unit didn't exist, so their relationship would not be a problem.[1]
