The Transformation Belt Century King Moon Driver (変身ベルト 世紀王ムーンドライバー, Henshin Beruto Seiki Ō Mūn Doraibā)[1] is the transformation device used by Kamen Rider Shadowmoon.
Design[]
The Century King Moon Driver is composed of the following parts:[2]
- Raging Band (発揚帯, Reijingu Bando): The belt. It creates a special magnetic field around the abdomen to raise the output of the driver.
- Vital Circuit (命脈回路, Baitaru Sākitto): Special biological circuits formed inside the Century King Moon Driver. It optimizes the flow of Vital Photons (命脈煌, Baitaru Foton), the root of life in the bodies of all living things, and rapidly amplifying that power. As it was developed after the Century King Sun Driver, it has improved overall performance, including maximum output.
- Variable Cell (可変細胞素子, Variaburu Seru): A special material that makes up all parts of the Century King Moon Driver. It is a type of artificial cell capable of complex mechanical shape memory, and when not in combat, it is scattered around the body as cell fragments. When transformed, they are reconfigured according to a pre-installed blueprint and functions as a belt-shaped external organ that controls the Vital Photons.
- Shadow Charger (月光反応炉, Shadō Chājā): The central unit. Located at the center of the Vital Circuit, it functions as a detonator and reactor that generates the power necessary for transformation and battle. If the Kingstone is present inside, the output will increased and it is possible to manifest a peculiar power.

Similar to Kotaro, Nobuhiko transforms into the Silver Locust Kaijin via automatic bodily suggestion like the other Kaijin. To transform, Nobuhiko starts concentrating as the Moon Driver forms on his waist as a mass of silver fibers before it condenses into the form of the belt. Steam then starts to come off of his body as the mechanical parts of the driver then close up automatically as his body rearranges itself into a mass of silver fibers as the exoskeleton plating closes over his body to complete his transformation into the Silver Locust Kaijin.
After his guilt over not stopping the Gorgom Party, and with his rage against Wataru Igaki and his group for killing Shunsuke Komatsu unlocks a new dormant power in his metamorphic biology, Nobuhiko is able to evolve further from the form of the Silver Locust Kaijin into Kamen Rider Shadowmoon. Later on, Nobuhiko is able to transform, by doing a mirrored version of Kotaro's pose, where he crouches and clenches his fists, concentrating as the Century King Moon Driver forms on his waist and steam starts to come off of his body. He then crosses his arms individually in the air before circling his arms into a pose. The driver's main body lights up with a shade of brilliant green the parts surrounding the core fold onto the center and slides into place as the core flips up, showing the stone. Once the Driver closes up, the core then shines with a bright green as Nobuhiko is surrounded in a bright green light which changes into white as he transforms into his Kaijin Form. A transparent outline of his Rider Form then materializes over the Silver Locust Kaijin before the eyes and lines start glowing and complete his metamorphosis in a bright flash of green light that comes from the lines on Shadowmoon's body. The glow then dies down and the green eyes fade to black, completing the transformation.

- The Century King Moon Driver is one of the two first commercially available Driver toys collectible to have fully automated motorized parts, the other being the Century King Sun Driver, a feature previously seen in a prototype driver that was first displayed at the The Henshin event in 2019.
- During the commercial preview for the Century King Sun Driver, the Century King Moon Driver was teased at the end of the video, though no pre-order nor release information has been publicly announced.
