Tropical Conch

Tropical Conch (Japanese: 南国のほら貝 Southern conch) is a weapon skill in the axe category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. When its user's HP is not low, Tropical Conch boosts its user's and nearby allies' attack and defense, boosts its user's stats in combat based on the turn number, and neutralizes effects increasing the foe's or reducing the user's special cooldown charge if the user's defense is not much lower than the foe's.
