Flame Battleaxe

Flame Battleaxe (Japanese: 炎帝の烈斧 Flame emperor's fierce axe) is a weapon skill in the axe category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the Flame Emperor. Flame Battleaxe reduces special cooldown count, boosts attack and speed, and neutralizes penalties and effects converting bonuses into penalties on the user and their allies with less HP; it also boosts its user's stats during combat when their HP is not low.
