The gyro compensating lens modification may spawn on laser guns wielded by Gunners, super mutants, and the Brotherhood of Steel, and laser muskets wielded by members of the Commonwealth Minutemen (if When Freedom Calls and The First Step were completed for Preston Garvey, allowing Minutemen patrols to spawn in the game world). It is not sold by any merchants in the game and can be crafted at a weapons workbench.
