Cauterizer is a unique Chainsaw in Fallout 76, introduced in the Gleaming Depths update.

Characteristics[]

Cauterizer is a unique version of the chainsaw with energy beams for blades, with an Enclave paint scheme and iconography.

It drops with the following effects:

  • Vampire's: Restore 2% Health over 2 seconds when you Hit a Target.
  • Vital: +50% Critical Damage.
  • Lucky: +15 Bonus V.A.T.S. Critical Charge.
  • Encircler's: +10% Damage For Each Combat Target Around You (up to +50%).
  • +5% Armor penetration.
  • -5 Durability.
  • +25% Action Point cost.

This weapon cannot have it's legendary effects changed, paint changed, or be traded.
