Mob Psycho 100: Reigen ~ El milagroso desconocido psíquico es un largometraje en formato OVA producido por Studio BONES. Es un resumen de la primera temporada, que abarca desde el comienzo de la serie hasta el arco de 7th División, pero contado principalmente desde la perspectiva de Reigen propias ideas y detalles agregados a la historia. También sirvió como anuncio de Mob Psycho 100 II, la segunda temporada del anime.

La historia comienza con Reigen viendo un programa de televisión conocido como The Buzz List Principle en la Oficina de Consulta de Espíritus y Tales. En el programa, una psíquica conocida como Kirari Sophia anuncia su libro recientemente publicado, que ya ha tenido un gran éxito comercial. Inspirado por el programa, Reigen llama a Mob a la oficina y le dice que van a escribir y publicar un libro que detalla sus experiencias recientes luchando contra los espíritus malignos y la 7ma División de Garra. Cuando se le pregunta sobre los costos de publicación, Reigen explica que comenzará una campaña de financiamiento colectivo para cubrirlo.

Mob Psycho 100 II: Primer viaje de espíritus y demás ~ Guía de viaje es un OVA producido por Studio BONES. Es una historia original que no se encuentra en el manga, que tiene lugar algún tiempo después del Arco de la Dominación Mundial. Gira en torno a un viaje realizado por Mob, Reigen y amigos a las aguas termales de Ibogami en invierno.

Reigen se encuentra con Mob y Ritsu en la estación de tren, seguido de Serizawa, para dirigirse a las aguas termales de Ibogami para pasar unas vacaciones. En un flashback, se revela que uno de los propietarios del resort se acercó a Reigen. Ella ha tenido un resfriado recientemente y quiere que él investigue los rumores de un "mundo paralelo" que estaba recibiendo malas críticas para ella. Después de enterarse de que pagaría todos los gastos de viaje, Reigen no podía dejar pasar esa oportunidad.

- Para el OVA en las escenas de donde se cuenta los sucesos del la primera temporada, se usan los archivos de voz que ya habían sido doblado por todos los actores, así que no hubo la necesidad que se redoblaran, por lo mismo Terada y Teruki continúan con las voces de Alfonso Ramírez y José Antonio Toledano respectivamente, contrario a esto para las nuevas escenas de Teruki este recibió un cambio de voz.
- El doblaje del segundo OVA se estrenó el mismo día que salió a la venta en Japón.
