 This article is about Vilgax's sword from the Original Series and Omniverse. You might have been looking for Vilgax's Champion Sword, the one that was used in Alien Force and Ultimate Alien.

Vilgax's Sword is a weapon used by Vilgax.
Appearance[]
In the Original Series, it looks like a large blade with a lightning bolt-shaped blade. The blade has an electric blue coating. The handle has two spikes on the top as well as a grip on the side and is approximately the size of Vilgax's arm. It has a red circle on the front. The blade is also smaller than the handle, being approximately half the size of the handle.
In Omniverse, the sword design is reminiscent of the original series. However, its blade is now red and is much longer. The handle is now gold and it has a maroon ring at the end of the handle. The sword as a whole is much smaller so that Vilgax can hold it with just one hand, in addition to having different proportions, with its blade now being about three times the size of the handle.

Vilgax's Sword is used as a conventional sword and also as a surgical instrument in the Original Series.
History[]
1773[]
Vilgax's Sword appeared in A New Dawn, being used to fight George Washington before Ben as XLR8 intervened. After defeating XLR8, Ben transformed into Mole-Stache and knocked the sword out of his hand.
Ben 10[]
In Secrets, Vilgax originally intended to use the sword to remove the Omnitrix from Ben's arm, however he was unable to as he was rammed by the Rustbucket, letting go of the sword.
In Gwen 10, the same situation occurs, but with Vilgax trying to cut off Gwen's arm instead of Ben's and using it to fight Max after.
Omniverse[]
Vilgax used his sword against Ben Tennyson (No Watch Timeline) in And Then There Were None.
In Malgax Attacks, Vilgax, thanks to the Malware Armor, was able to create enhanced versions of his sword.

Trivia[]
- Considering the size of the handle in relation to the blade and Vilgax's hands and arms, Vilgax's Sword from the Original Series is not a sword by definition, being closer to some sort of surgical tool.
