Blukic is a Galvan technician in Omniverse. He and Driba are the Plumber tech support for the Plumber base on Earth.[DJW 1]
Appearance[]
Regular Appearances[]
Blukic is thinner and taller than the average Galvan. He has a few beard tendrils on his chin, a long neck, and is slightly wall-eyed. He wears blue overalls with a Plumber belt, and a blue-and-white cap with a small, sci-fi-esque antenna.
Even, as a tadpole, Blukic was wall-eyed and had his cap, although it had no brim.
As a Galvan Security Officer, Blukic wore the same outfit as the other officers. When he wasn't wearing his helmet, he wore his brimless cap.
Five years prior to Omniverse, Blukic wore the old, grey version of the Plumber suit, and his brimless cap.
Occasional Appearances[]
In Outbreak and Something Zombozo This Way Comes, Blukic briefly wore a green hazmat suit.
In Blukic and Driba Go to Mr. Smoothy's and Store 23, Blukic's riding outfit consisted of a white aviator cap, green-tinted goggles and a white scarf.
In Arrested Development, Blukic wore green goggles with a black frame.
In Something Zombozo This Way Comes, Blukic became a Zombie Clown, wearing a striped party hat; rubber nose; yellow suit with green frills; purple-and-green polka dot tie; and red fingerless gloves. He also gained clown makeup, consisting of a white face with red around his mouth.
In Malgax Attacks, Blukic wore green-tinted goggles with a grey frame.
Personality[]
Blukic is the less energetic of his duo with Driba, rarely getting upset. However, he still often bickers with him and contradicts what he says.[3] His mannerisms and accent are somewhat reminiscent of a country bumpkin.
Blukic shares with Driba a slightly arrogant overconfidence in his Galvan intellect, which occasionally causes him and Driba to disregard the opinions of others.[1] He also has a low opinion of Cerebrocrustaceans.[4][5]
Blukic has developed a taste for Mr. Smoothy.[6]
History[]
Background[]
Blukic and Driba were once part of the Level 1 Science Team, and Blukic has no intention of ever going back to telling simpletons how to turn off their computers, then turn them back on again.[6]
Blukic and Driba have known each other since childhood.[7] They have also been acquainted and smitten with a female Galvan named Luhley since this time and have constantly competed over her affections. They ended up on Earth after mistakenly launching Luhley's spacecraft with a Galvanian Skeuomorph intended to stop Benevelon and his B.L.R.R.T. from destroying Earth. After being captured and taken to Area 51 by Colonel Rozum, they teamed up with a young Max Tennyson and succeeded in burying the B.L.R.R.T., which prompted Benevelon to retreat and await another opportunity to attack Earth.
Five Years Prior to Omniverse[]
Blukic and Driba were hired as technicians for the Mt. Rushmore Plumber base, as shown in a flashback in Evil's Encore. One of their first blunders was when they received an order to create an escape tunnel, and they built a tunnel only big enough for Galvans and other smaller species.

In The More Things Change: Part 1, Blukic and Driba were shown in the background at Plumber Headquarters.
In It Was Them, Blukic electrocuted Driba when he tested a weapon on him.
In Trouble Helix, Blukic and Driba tested a weapon on Ben as Chromastone and Cannonbolt.
In Outbreak, Blukic and Driba subdued Fistina as an Acrosian/Galvanic Mechamorph hybrid. After several attempts, Blukic and Driba managed to repair the Omnitrix using gum.
In Blukic and Driba Go to Mr. Smoothy's, Blukic and Driba watched an advertisement about Mr. Smoothy and set out to get a grasshopper smoothie, but got lost. They eventually found Ben battling Trombipulor, and Blukic rewired his robotic mice to attack each other. Ben later took Blukic and Driba to Mr. Smoothy.
In Arrested Development, Blukic and Driba revealed they had no idea how to reverse the De-Ager Ray's effect.
In Store 23, Blukic and Driba looked for the 23rd Mr. Smoothy with Ben, but ended up in Dimension 23. They tried to repair Blarney T. Hokestar's machine but couldn't until Azmuth told them how.
In Evil's Encore, Blukic inadvertently foiled Dr. Animo's latest plan by eating the Technobug he was using in his escape attempt from Plumber Headquarters.
Powers and Abilities[]
Blukic's small size belies his great calculative and technical intellect, though he is not intelligent by Galvan standards.[8][2][OV Brief 1]
Blukic is excellent at engineering. For example, he and Driba were able to repair the Omnitrix[9] and the Annihilarrgh.[10] Blukic has also demonstrated impressive on-the-fly improvisation when the situation demands it. Some examples include rewiring Trombipulor's robots to attack each other,[6] using a simple button cell battery to create a device to fool a high-tech surveillance system, and using brute force with a wrench to bypass a computer's security codes.[4] He has also been shown to easily pick simple padlocks while eating.[7]
Blukic possesses a vast scientific and technological knowledge of alien paraphernalia. He is intelligent enough to have, along with Driba, deduced that Azmuth had teleported himself, rather than succumbed to vaporization. Together, they were able to reconstitute him in roughly four minutes.[11]
Blukic can breathe underwater[7] due to having gills, making him amphibious.[DJW 2]
Blukic has a long prehensile tongue.[12]

Blukic has a hazmat suit which offers him extra protection.[9]
Blukic temporarily used a Galvan Jetpack to land on Galvan Prime from the Proto-TRUK.[1]

Blukic and Driba working together
Blukic and Driba have a very strong friendship, dating back to when they were tadpoles. They seem to have stuck together ever since, being two of the first aliens to make first contact with humans.[7] The two have bonded over their shared love of tinkering, Mr. Smoothy, and their attraction to Luhley.
Despite their similarities, the two are usually arguing over semantics, such as whether the Zombie Clowns were more tragic or sad.[13] The two will even argue in dire situations, such as when under the threat of the Rooters[14] or Kundo.[15] Driba has also once falsely accused Blukic of stealing a smoothie straw from him.[16] They have even blamed each other for their mistakes, such as when Gwen learned that they had fixed the Annihilarrgh.[10]
Regardless of their bickering, Blukic and Driba are ultimately very dependent on each other. When Blukic was separated from Driba for months, he began to contradict himself in place of his friend. Upon reuniting, Driba pretended to have not missed Blukic, but Blukic knew that wasn't the case.[4]

Blukic's name is based on the director of some Alien Force and Ultimate Alien episodes, Butch Lukic.[DJW 4]
