The Neo Pipotrons (ネオピポトロン) were mysterious new Pipotrons that appeared in Ape Escape: Million Monkeys and Saru Get You ~On Air~.
After his plan of conquering the virtual world in Ape Escape: Pumped & Primed ended in failure, the Mystery Man decided to strike again and captured four primates, turning them into his new Pipotrons to aid in his plan of conquering the world.
