Teams must take a taxi to Wat Suwannaram in Salaya, where they would find their next clue.
"Who has a green thumb?"
The team member assigned to this Roadblock must wade into a pond and harvest 20 lotus flower bulbs and leaves. They must then use these to create two bundles of 10 lotus bulbs each, following a finished example as reference. Once the judge is satisfied with their work, they would receive their next clue.

Teams must take a to Wat Rai Khing, where they must find a marked elephant statue, then place a provided coin in the statue's coin slot. They must then walk under the elephant three times for good luck to receive their next clue.
Choice A: Stock Up
Teams must make their way to Don Wai Market, where they must retrieve empty baskets, a handcart, and a shopping list that phonetically spelled the names of eight ingredients in Thai from a marked restaurant, then purchase specified quantities of each ingredient from the market. Once they have purchased all of the items, they may exchange them at the restaurant for their next clue.
Andrea & Malaina, Elizabeth & Iliana, Jocelyn & Victor, and Todd & Ashlie chose this task.
Choice B: Scoop Up
Teams must make their way to Ton Som O Farm 3, where they must row a boat along the canals of the farm and harvest pomelos that had fallen in the water. Once they have harvested five baskets of 20 pomelos each, they would receive their next clue.
Teams must make their way to Suan Sampran to check in.
For coming in first place, Jocelyn & Victor $2,000 each.

- This episode marks the first time since "It Can't Be That Easy" in The Amazing Race 33 that teams are released from the Pit Start according to their individual departure times instead of leaving in departure groups, and the first post-COVID season to do so.
