The Air Shoes are objects that appear in the Sonic the Hedgehog film series. They are the shoes worn by Shadow the Hedgehog. Their origins are unknown, although Shadow has worn them since his arrival on Earth fifty years ago prior to the Master Emerald incident.

Appearance[]
The shoes are likely modeled off of most sneakers. With its tongue being colored red and its collar being black. A ring surrounds the collar. The eyelets of the shoes are colored white and lack laces, seemingly outlined over. The shoes upper carries the eyelets color of white, with several cracks around the upper. The shoes lack many features typically associated with sneakers like a feather edge. The outsole and midsole appear to be a merged thin, red together.
The bottom of the outsole is cut off from the shape into a full black, and contains multiple, gold, circular, thick, ring-like shapes that lets the user of the shoes launch themselves and fly, emitting blue flames upon launch from the ground. The shoes also allow the user to run fast enough to sprint across water.

The shoes allow the user to expel air from underneath the soles, in which they can use to fly in the air. It also allows the user to skate on water.
