"Mini-Figurines" are collectible key items in Final Fantasy IX. They are collectibles that serve no other purpose than raising the Treasure Hunter Rank. Obtaining the mini Prima Vista in the latest versions of Final Fantasy IX earns the My Little Airship achievement/trophy.
Vivi Ornitier comes across kids playing with mini-figurines in Lindblum, calling them "Royal Action Figures". The figures seen in this scene are mini Knights of Pluto led by mini Queen Brahne versus mini Lindblum Castle guard led by mini Cid Fabool IX.
