Snoops is the main antagonist of the Cruise Adventure Arc from the Spy × Family series. He is an unnamed information broker infiltrated on the Princess Lorelei cruise ship who works with a band of assassins to eliminate Olka Gretcher, a former crime lady who Yor Forger was tasked to protect.
He was voiced by Kazuyuki Okitsu in Japanese (who also portrayed God Serena in Fairy Tail, The Beast of Darkness in Berserk and the Band of the Hawk, Amiba in Ten no Haoh, Mozu in Dr. Stone, Who's-Who in One Piece, Raul Serra in Cardfight!! Vanguard Legion Mate, Inverted World and Great Inverted World in Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger, Byoln in Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic, Riron in Legends of the Dark Ring and Luscinia Hāfez in Last Exile) In the English dub, he was voiced by Nazeeh Tarsha.
Appareance[]
Snoops appears to be a tall middle-aged man with tan skin, baggy eyes, a short moustache and long messy black hair accompained by a small beard in his chin. He wears an black business suit with a white polo t-shirt under his coat, a striped tie. As well pants and shoes that are also black.
Personality[]
Nothing is much shown about Snoops' personality, but he is shown to be a calm, collected, and sadistic man that lacks empathy for others, including his fellow assassins, and waits to see the entire ship blow up while his cohorts were still on it, even declaring "serenade with me and your screams", clearly showing that he enjoys seeing his victims slowly dying.

Background[]
Snoops was hired by the infamous gangster Leonardo Hapoon for the task of feeding information to a band of assassins on the cruise ship Princess Lorelei the same ship the Forger family were riding on. While setting bugs throughout the ship, he secretly planned on abandoning his co-conspirators showing no true loyalty towards them.
Spy x Family[]
When the Director and the Thorn Princess come into the equation, Snoops sacrifices the assassins to the two and they brutally murder several of them leaving one sole survivor. Before he could escape on a lifeboat, Snoops sets several explosives throughout the ship with the intent of detonating them uncaring that hundreds of passengers would be killed. Rather, he would risk provoking a war between Westalis and Ostania by pitching the blame on a Westalian extremist group.
Before he could escape, the Assassins' Leader fights with him over who would be using the raft. During the fight, Loid disarms the bombs and tosses an additional one overboard when Anya discovered it. The bomb later explodes and launches them into the water, as they ended up being circled by a bunch of sharks that ate them off-screen.

- Snoops is the second villain who has used bombs as a resource, the others being Keith Kepler and Billy Squire.
- Snoops shares his English voice actor with Bondman's commander in the in-universe cartoon Spy Wars.
