Scott Bowman was a member of The 3 Intangible Jocks along with his friends Wade Mahaney and Derek Fox.
He was a supporting antagonist in the First Season of Smallville episode "Kinetic".

Scott Bowman played football with team players Wade and Derek and the three formed a close bond that lasted after high school. After Wade discovered liquefied meteor rock tattoos could cause their bodies to become intangible, Scott and the boys began a crime spree as bandits in Smallville.
During a robbery at the Smallville Savings and Loan, Scott lost his left arm when he phased through the bank vault and his arm didn't fully come through and was amputated at the elbow. The 3 Intangible Jocks later infiltrated the Luthor Mansion robbing the main vault of cash, coins, artifacts and a computer disc.
Making their escape, they encountered Clark Kent and Chloe Sullivan who were paying a visit to the mansion and attacked both of them and Chloe ended up in the hospital. The group later retreated to their loft hideout and while watching the news, the group were disappointed that there was no mention of the robbery at the mansion. Scott guesses that Lex had so much money that he hasn't missed the stuff they took. Scott figured that Lex Luthor intentionally didn't mention the robbery because he did not want to mention the stolen disc.
They check the disc and discover Lex's shady dealings involving stolen funds from his father to pay for a personal project of his. The group decides to blackmail Lex for money in exchange for the disc but Derek reminded them that their tattoo ink didn't last as long anymore and will need to find a new member for the team.
The 3 Intangible Jocks later broke into the mansion again and demanded one million dollars from Lex for the disc. Scott and the boys later visited the Fordman's Department Store and struck up a conversation with Whitney Fordman. The three of them convince Whitney Fordman to join their group and invited him to a party at their place that night. During the party, Wade showed Whitney their tattoo parlor and convinced him to get one.
The former jocks then left the party and walked through a traffic tunnel and threw Whitney into the street where an oncoming truck was heading right towards him. The truck phased right through him and the gang cheered. Later Chloe awakened from her coma and told Clark she saw a strange tattoo on one of the burglars and Clark remembered seeing one of them at the Fordman Department Store. Clark went to talk to Whitney about them and told him to stay away from them as they were dangerous.
The Intangible Jocks picked Whitney up the following night and went to meet Lex for the exchange. They met up in a meat locker but Lex didn't bring the money which caused the jocks to rush him. Whitney starts to panic when they threaten to kill Lex. Scott told the group they were running out of time and had to leave. Suddenly Clark arrived but became weak due to the Kryptonite in the ink of the jocks' tattoos.
Derek hit Clark in the head with a meat hook before the guys disappear through the wall. They returned to their loft where they gave a Whitney a hard time. Derek and Scott argued about keeping him in the gang, but Wade said they need new blood. Later, Whitney tells Lana and Clark all about the plan to kill Lex. They formulate a plan to sneak into the gang's loft and get the discs back. When Clark and Whitney entered the loft, they found the disc but encountered Scott, Derek and Wade.
They easily overpowered Clark due to the Kryptonite ink. Wade and Derek took Whitney out back while Scott stood watch. Lex sneaked up behind Scott and zapped him with a stun gun, knocking him unconscious. After Wade perished, Scott and Derek were arrested. Before they left, Lex promises to keep their secret as long as they keep his, and he threatens them that if they don't, he'll be able to get at them no matter where they are.
