Revolta is the main antagonist of the Scooby Doo franchise's 3rd feature film Scooby Doo and the Ghoul School.
She was voiced by Ruta Lee.
Physical appearance[]
She is an ugly woman with four arms and wears a skimpy black dress. Her eyes glow red and she has large teeth. She has large dark green hair.
Personality[]
She is a power-hungry witch with a desire to rule the world. Controlling the strong monster daughters was one means of working towards this goal. One reason why she chose this scheme was because she claimed the young monsters' legendary parents, who are the world's greatest monsters, had gone soft and it leaves her to be the most feared creature there is.
Powers and Abilities[]
She is able to create spider-bats, cast projectile spells at flying enemies, enchant brooms, use hypnotism, and control minds.
Biography[]
Revolta is a menacing witch who lives in her own castle and plans along with her minion, Grim Creeper to make the students at the Miss Grimwood's Finishing School for Ghouls permanently evil and take over the world. Her plan was stopped in the end by Scooby, Shaggy, Scrappy, and Matches.
She is presumed destroyed at the film's conclusion.
