Cal Omas is a major antagonist in the New Jedi Order book series, which is part of the Star Wars Legends continuity. He is a morally ambiguous general in the New Republic's war against the Yuuzhan Vong.
Although most of the time he is on the side of the protagonists, he has committed villainous acts at various times, such as when he took on the galaxy through electoral fraud and in the Legacy of the Force series his negative aspects are even more evident where he holds Corellians in concentration camps, conspires with a state enemy to overthrow or kill two of his officers and still contributes to the rise of Darth Caedus.
