Po Bidau Ragma (포 비더 라그마, Po Bideo Lageuma) is a member from the Po Bidau Family who is considered part of the Trio of fools on the Ark of Knowledge. It is unknown who specifically who Ragma is among the trio, but with the order of the name it can be assumed that he is man on the right. [1]
Given that he is the man on the right, Ragma has light brown hair and light with similar color eyes. As part of his haircut he has areas of darker brown hair, which means that it is likely that he has dyed part of his hair to be lighter or darker. He is the shortest of the trio and has pale skin.
As part of the trio of fools Ragma met with Rachel with the wish to meet Ha Yura, but he was disappointed when Yura did not show up. He is the one that talks for the group, with them all thinking that Yura is a goddess. Rachel presures them with the indication they will lose the possibility of meeting Yura and their connection to Po Bidau Bellerir unless they help her get her hands on Khun Aguero Agnis. Ragma eventually agrees to talk to Po Bidau Matte Ha about releasing Khun into the care of Rachel.[1]
During the annual book reading held by Po Bidau Gustang, he revealed that Ragma, and likely Enver and Lou, where arrested by the Po Bidau higher ups due to them distributing a “forbidden” book across the Ark of Knowledge, likely under Rachel’s direction. Causing Gustang to brand them as traitors to his family. [2]

Since he is mocked as part of the trio of fools regularly it can be assumed he does not have any special powers.
