He wields a metal pipe as a weapon and utilizes a jet pack for mobility. However, he is not a ranker and most likely not a regular either, making him rather weak comparably.

He is seen rallying a crowd in order to awaken the sealed hero Cha. He later attacked the wall guards together with Toro, before he took a spear to his back.
