The Jet Squelcher is a Main Shooter weapon in Splatoon, Splatoon 2, and Splatoon 3.
Description[]
The Jet Squelcher is a Shooter with the longest amount of range out of all the Shooter weapons. The Jet Squelcher has sniping capabilities, but it has a below-average fire rate and damage. Despite being a Shooter, firing slows down the player's movement speed like a Charger, but does very low damage.
Weapon Quote[]
"Designed to maximize range in order to effectively take on charger-type weapons. Boasts the greatest range of any automatic ink shooter."
Strategy[]
The Jet Squelcher is best used for taking out enemy chargers, as you can almost match their range. The Splash Wall should be put up first to stop the Enemy charger from splatting you, then you splat them. When the special gauge is filled up, use it to target chargers as well. You can also be a sniper yourself, just guard the choke points. Be sure to stay far from other people when shooting the Jet Squelcher as it only fires in a straight line.

Trivia[]
- This weapon is very similar to the Marvel character Star-lord's weapon of choice throughout the series.
- if you combine 3 Main Power Up main slots and 9 Main Power Up sub slots, the Jet Squelcher's paint distance would be greater than that of the Splat Charger and Dynamo Roller.
