The Accelerator (アクセレーター , Akuserētā ? is an object that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog seriesExtreme Gear that was originally created by Robotnik Corp. , designed to perform better Air Boosts than other Gear.
Description [ ] According to its profile, the Accelerator was built by Robotnik Corp. It can bought at the shop for five hundred Rings from the beginning of the game.
The design for the Accelerator is that of a regular, board-shaped Extreme Gear with black edges, along with a yellow and black line encircling its white top surface. The bottom of the Accelerator is colored yellow as well.
Abilities and traits [ ] As a Board-type Extreme Gear, the Accelerator is well-balanced in its attributes with average statistics and an average rate of fuel -consumption and is suited for general riding.
When using the Accelerator in a race, it increases the speed of its rider's Air Boosts , allowing faster traversing over longer distances.
