Clippy (also known as Clippit, Office Assistant, and Microsoft Paperclip) was an intelligent user interface for Microsoft Office from 1997 to 2003 (2004 for Mac). Even though he got discontinued in 2003/2004, he first made a cameo appearance in The Simpsons in the episode Stop or My Dog Will Shoot. He made another cameo in Funeral for a Fiend, and made his recent cameo in The Spy Who Learned Me.
