Captain Bob Hevenitor is the Gilbert & Sullivan alter-ego of Robert Terwilliger, better known as Sideshow Bob. In Cape Feare, Bart asks Sideshow Bob to sing the entire score of the H.M.S. Pinafore. So, Sideshow Bob decides to send Bart to heaven before he sends him to hell. Bob sings the entire score complete with costumes, one of them being Captain Bob for the finale.
