Claw and Fangs of Violation III (蹂躙の爪牙 III Jūrin no Sōga III ) is the 37th chapter of the Shakugan no Shana manga series.
Margery used a large-scale attack to put Shana at a disadvantage, but it backfired on her. Margery's spell destroyed the battlefield, sending everyone plummeting down the Misaki Atrium Arch.
Summary[]

Shana telling Margery that she's a nuisance.
Shana and Margery argued over the Flame Haze mission; whether it was to protect the world's balance or to destroy Denizens. Shana destroyed Denizens who were harming the world, whereas Margery was just killing them because she wanted to. Shana stated that she didn't care about Margery's circumstances, and that she was just a nuisance. This made Margery furious, but she was still able to think rationally. As there was no change in Shana's appearance or fighting techniques, Margery figured that her sudden change was a mental one, and realized that it was due to Yūji being present.
Margery used an Improvisational Poem of Slaughter to gather her flames like a swirling cloud above them. As Margery made her flames fall like rain, Shana covered herself with Yogasa to defend herself. Margery watched, waiting for Shana to try and protect Yūji, or become disturbed when Yūji is extinguished. However, a barrier protected Yūji and Lamies from the rain and Yūji grinned at Margery. Marchosias tried to warn a shocked Margery to no avail as she was stabbed by Shana. Margery fell over and was hit by her own spell.
The ground beneath Yūji and Lamies collapsed due to the damage from Margery's spell, and the two began to fall down the Atrium. Shana fell down in order to rescue Yūji and Lamies, first grabbing Lamies and throwing him onto a platform. Shana reached out to Yūji, who saw Margery falling behind her. Yūji grabbed Shana and used Azure to protect them from Margery's fireballs. Margery then stabbed her claws into the side of the building to stop her descent. Yūji couldn't undo the barrier because Margery was aiming at them, but it wouldn't brace their fall. Margery then climbed the platform and was now alone with Lamies. After Shana's urging, Yūji undid the barrier. As they fell, Shana felt that she could do anything because Yūji was with her. She had once felt how vast she was, and she accepted and spread that power, allowing her to manifest wings of flame on her back. However, this caused them to accelerate downwards because Shana couldn't control the wings yet. They got dangerously close to the bottom, but Shana managed to fly upwards. Shana told Yūji to grab onto her so that she could use her sword, so he clung to her chest.

Shana slashing Margery.
Margery was about to strike Lamies when Shana intercepted and slashed her torso. Margery watched Shana and Yūji flying above her as she collapsed and fell down the Atrium.
