Tyrants are Pure Evils who rule over a certain area or country. Their territory can range from a city, to a particular region/country, to the entire world, to an entire galaxy or galaxies, to even the entire universe or cosmos.

Pure Evil tyrants run harsh and oppressive regimes and deliver brutal punishments to those who defy their reign.

Note: Not all tyrants are automatically Lawful Evil. Some are Chaotic Evil, such as Aku, and have no rules aside from their whims. Some are Neutral Evil, such as Scar, and are occasionally willing to bend rules to get what they want.
